Text Box: Classroom Conduct
Our teachers and staff spend much time and energy creating a supportive, nurturing, and positive atmosphere in the classroom. We expect all children to behave in a manner that fosters these feelings for themselves and their classmates. Parents can help by discussing appropriate behavior with their children. If a child is having a difficult time behaving in an appropriate manner in the classroom, they will be asked to sit with their family during the adult service. The teacher will gladly welcome the child back into the classroom the following week.

Visitors
Children visiting the Religious Education Program are welcomed at any time. Parents and adults responsible for visiting children should meet their child’s teacher, and make known any questions, special needs, or concerns they may have regarding their child’s participation in the Religious Education Program. We ask that any child who joins us consistently have a registration form filled out for her/him.

Children’s Worship
Children’s Worship will be led by the Director of Religious Education, the Minister, or a member of the Religious Education Committee. Children’s Worship takes place for kindergarteners through sixth graders on the first floor of the Unitarian House, from 11:00 to 11:15 each Sunday.

Intergenerational Services
There are four to five intergenerational services each year. The dates of these services are listed in the calendar at the beginning of this booklet. During these services, children should sit with their families.
