Text Box: regular service hour. The junior and senior high youth group meetings take place on Sunday evenings, twice a month. There is a less structured summer program available during the earlier summer church service hour, from 10:00 to 11:15.

The youth group classroom is to be used during Coming of Age class time or youth group meetings. Teens who are not in class on Sunday mornings are encouraged to attend the services, to volunteer as greeters, or to assist with the workshops and the special events of the RE program. Junior high age youth are also welcome to participate in the workshop rotations.

Religious education programming for children ages five to eighteen, as well as childcare for children ages eighteen months to four years, is conducted in the Unitarian House. Following the Sunday service, all children will be brought to Founders Hall in the church basement, to meet their parents during coffee hour.

When children and youth are not in RE programming, parents are responsible for the conduct of their children in and around the church building. For safety reasons, children will not be permitted to leave the Unitarian House by themselves. Parents need to pick up their children personally if they have to leave services early.

In order for children to receive the most benefit from our program, it is helpful for parents to bring the children to church on a regular basis, and to participate in our intergenerational services and social events.

If at any time, children must attend church without their families, the teacher should be informed and another adult member of the congregation should be designated as the person to contact in case any need should arise.
