Sunday 10 January ~ 10:30 am ~ Leo Nagorski ~ Spirituality and Integrity

Is spirituality just about navel-gazing or something more? Can we have a UU spirituality?

Sunday 17 January ~ 10:30 am ~ Rev. David McFarland ~ Shall We Overcome?

Rev. Dave reflects on our commitments to overcoming racism in a country--and, it must be said, a church where Sunday worship is still the most segregated hour in the week

Sunday 24 January ~ 10:30 am ~ Rev. David McFarland ~ Everybody Take a Breath

Now that the holidays are gone, resolutions made (and some broken), Rev. Dave offers time to reflect on why we are here.

Sunday 31 January ~ 10:30 am ~ Rev. Jacqueline Ziegler ~ Regrets, I’ve Had a Few. How About You?

I have had many regrets over my life. In the privacy of my mind I have indicted myself about my petty wrongdoings toward life and those I love, the insensitive things I did or said as well as the kindnesses that I failed to perform. Yet, as I grow older, increasingly I’ve come to have greater compassion for my regrets. Beyond owning them, this reflection will consider what else we can do about or with our regrets to help us have a greater sense of spiritual well-being..

Sunday Services at Allegheny Unitarian Universalist Church begin at 10:30 am
