Looking for an alternative to the usual frenetic New Year’s Eve activities? Why not join us at Allegheny’s annual Watchnight Open House and Meditation Service! This traditional event has been a favorite for those who prefer a more personal and reflective New Year’s Eve. Join us any time between 8:00 and 11:00 o’clock for conversation, food, and drink. Stay for the whole time, or just stop by on your way to and from other activities. The Meditation Service begins at 11 o’clock and will offer a reflective pause on the cusp of 2010. The countdown and first toast follow at midnight on the church steps.
