Understanding Oppression  Youth Group

Join us as three of our youth--Zoe Engberg, Ben Hirtle, and Shaun Lawson--talk about their experiences at a recent anti-racism/anti-oppression workshop.

The Magical Musical Ministry Tour Kiki Barley

Roll up as Kiki Barley and the Allegheny Choir lead us in a service of mostly music, as we wind up our music program year. The Annual Church Picnic follows the service. DIRECTIONS TO PICNIC SITE .

Dana Elmendorf, local activist and artist, will share her story about the quest to make marriage a right for all citizens, in this special post PrideFest service. This is the second of a series of services sponsored by our Welcoming Congregation Committee


Upcoming Unitarian Universalists United for Faith in Action Events

May 21 (Sunday): Citizen's Hearing for Health Care Reform, 1:30 - 5:00 pm, Temple Sinai, Squirrel Hill. Will include discussion with legislators on both HR676, National Health Insurance Act (introduced by John Conyers, who will be at the meeting), and PA's SB1085, Balanced and Comprehensive Health Care Reform Act (introduced by Jim Ferlo).
