November 6, 2011

This is a reminder that we need ALL of you, friend or member, new or old, to help launch our Green Sanctuary accreditation process. We will be having a delicious lunch (homemade soup and chili, Breadworks bread, and more). Marissa will be providing excellent childcare. And we will wrap up by 1:30.

We hope to see you there. Most of the meeting will be spent in discussing and voting on possible action plans, so it will be very exciting and participatory. Last week I sent out a list of ideas. Here is the list again, with 2 new ideas from a Board member: weatherizing neighborhood houses and having a monthly or bimonthly “Green Sunday” where a workshop on weatherizing, composting, etc. is offered.

If you have any other ideas (let your imagination go wild!), you can email them to the office, or bring them to the meeting. Jeanne Z
